DAY 1 - COLLECTION
Welcome to Guatemala! You will be collected from the airport and after a drive of around 45 mins you will arrive in Antigua and be taken to the Bikers Lodge.

DAY 2 - RIDE AND CLIMB PACAYA
This morning we will get straight into some riding to get used to the bikes you will be using over the coming week. It's a 2hr ride out to the Volcan De Pacaya, this is where we leave the bikes and start our climb on foot. There are some amazing land formations and flowing lava to be seen.

DAY 3 - ANTIGUA TO BIOTOPO NATIONAL RESERVE IN BAJA VERAPEZ
A full day of panoramic riding until we reach our destination of Biotopo National Reserve. This reserve has many well maintained tracks and trails which lead you through this amazing cloud forest, with a little luck you may get to see Guatemala's national bird, the Quetzal.

DAY 4 - BIOTOPO NATIONAL RESERVE TO SEMUC CHAMPEY
We have a relaxed start with further time if required to explore more of this national reserve including its waterfalls. We have certainly done some great riding before now and it continues until we arrive at Semuc Champey, this is nothing less than fabulous, its a highlight destination for sure. There are lots of great activities here to enjoy and sights to see, cave swimming is just one.
DAY 5 - SEMUC CHAMPEY
Today is a free day to explore this wonderful location
.
DAY 6 - SEMUC CHAMPEY TO RABINAL
We leave this great destination and head for Rabinal, before, we shall stop in Coban, the historic capital city of Alta Verapez which is located at the centre of a major coffee growing area.
DAY 7 - RABINAL TO ANTIGUA
We continue our ride back to Antigua, where we shall rest for the night before heading out the following morning to the awesome destination of Volcan de Agua.

DAY 8 - ANTIGUA, VOLCAN DE AGUA RIDE AND CLIMB
Riding up Volcan de Agua is certainly a demanding ride, it will definitely involve a few rocks and ditches, it can certainly be described as technical, riding around horses and people carrying wood is almost guaranteed. We ride to an altitude of 2700 mtrs, we then continue for a further 3 hours on foot until we arrive at the crater, 3765 mtrs. Sometimes there are great views of Guatemala City and the Pacific coast.

DAY 9 - ANTIGUA TO LAGO ATITLAN
Visiting lake Atitlan is a must, it has been said that this lake is probably the most beautiful lake in the world, it would certainly be arguable to say different. We definitely don't ride direct, we simply take all the back roads, both dirt, gravel and tarmac. A superb 5 hr ride to a wonderful destination. An extra activity this afternoon is to take a private boat ride on the lake to the cliffs of San Marcos where swimming and cliff jumping are optional.
DAY 10 - LAKE ATITLAN TO ANTIGUA
During our ride back to Antigua we will stop for a visit at the Mayan ruins of Iximche. Tour ends in Antigua at 3pm.
